“I strive to integrate a holistic approach that considers the broader social and cultural contexts of our lives. My practices prioritize equity and human rights, with a focus on understanding the impact of societal systems on personal well-being. I aim to create a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences in a way that fosters empowerment and growth, while also recognizing the need for broader social change. My values are shaped by a commitment to social justice, ensuring that therapy is not just about individual healing, but also about navigating and challenging larger systems of power and inequality.”
